Billing: The billing shall be in the name of the partner.

Project Cost & Markups: Partner shall suitably markup the project costs received from NMG, to cover their on-going operations such as sales, marketing, project coordination and customer support expenses.

Payment Terms: Partner shall pay NMG as per pre-agreed fee and agreed project milestones.

Project Enrichment: Partner shall communicate with the client for all project enhancements and bring repeat orders from the clients.

Promotion through NMG: Partner shall not be exposed on our website.

Project Listing in NMG Case Studies or Portfolio: Projects handled through the partner shall not be listed in the New Media case studies or portfolio.

Use of NMG Case Studies or Portfolio: Partner shall not use NMG portfolio & showcase during their sale pitching process.

Proposals Support: NMG shall provide proposals support to the partner for each project as per specifications. Partner can suitably change, markup, brand and forward the proposals to their prospective clients.

Other Support- collateral and marketing support: NMG shall not provide any sales collateral material like brochures, fliers, handouts, business cards, methodology & process documents etc.
