Definition Partners would promote under their own brand. NMG shall work as an outsourced company and shall maintain privacy to the clients of the partner. Referral opportunities that you will bring to NMG will be rewarded when the opportunities are accepted and when they are won and secured. A strategic agreement where NMG services shall be provided to the clients of the partner on a co-branded basis. When you join the New Media Guru (NMG) Partner Programs, you would work as a NMG Franchise and market our services.
Suitable For Mid-size companies or large size companies having the desire to drive business from large number of clients & wish to leverage their business and delivery capacities without increasing their fixed monthly costs.  Companies of all sizes – small, mid-market and large enterprise who has access to gain business from a large number of clients but do not wish to get involved in the client dealings or project management beyond referral opportunities. Companies in the same portfolio but desire to grow their service offerings to leverage their revenues and are willing to maintain transparency as a co-branded partner. Companies of all sizes – small, mid-market and large enterprise who has good knowledge in offering online services and has a large number of clients and wish to represent a reputed brand.
Brand Partners shall endorse their own brand sans NMG to their clients. Services shall be sold under New Media Guru (NMG) reputed brand. Both NMG and partner brands are sincerely promoted. Services would be promote and sold under NMG brand.
Client Ownership                The partner shall be responsible to own the client accounts. NMG shall be the owner of the client accounts. Our partner shall own the client accounts. NMG shall be the owner of the client accounts.       
Client Communication Partner shall contact their clients at all times. We shall not communicate with the clients of the partner.    NMG shall communicate with the client. Both partner and New Media Guru (NMG) can communicate with the client at all times.   Both NMG Franchise and NMG can jointly communicate with the client.
Billing The billing shall be in the name of the partner.   The billing shall be in the name of NMG and a portion of the revenue is shared with the partner. The billing shall be in the name of the partner.                   The billing shall be in the name of New Media Guru (NMG).
Project Cost & Markups As a partner, you should mark up the project costs received from NMG, to cover your sales, marketing, project management and on-going customer support services. Partner can recommend a suitable billing rate. It will depend on how a partner will assess the client's quality and support expectations.  The Partner shall be entitled to the commissions based on the difference between New Media Guru (NMG) standard service fee and the billing fee advised by the Partner (subject to actual billing rates). As a partner, you should mark up the project costs received from NMG, to cover your sales, marketing, project coordination and on-going customer support services. NMG shall recommend a suitable billing rate. It will depend on how a partner will assess the client's quality and support prospects. 
Payments As a partner, you shall pay NMG as per the agreed fee and project milestones achieved. We shall partners as we received the payments for the project milestones. NMG works on fixed costs + incentives model.

Use of NMG Portfolio              Partner is not entitled to use NMG portfolio & showcase during their sales pitching process. Partners are free to expose New Media Guru (NMG) portfolio to the prospects they are willing to offer.  Partners are free to show NMG portfolio to the prospects they are willing to offer NMG can show NMG case studies and port folio during their sales process.
Proposals Support NMG shall provide proposals support to the partner for each project as per as their deal. Partner can suitably change, markup, brand and forward the proposals to their prospective clients.  Proposals shall be forwarded directly to the clients. Partner can ask for a copy of all such proposals to re-examine the quotes.                               NMG shall offer co-branded proposals to the partner for each project as per project demand and specifications. Partner can suitably change, markup, brand and forward the proposals to their prospective patrons.  NMG shall provide proposals to the NMG Franchise for each project. The New Media Guru (NMG) Franchise shall examine and send the proposals directly to the prospects.
Collateral & Marketing Support NMG shall not give any sales collateral material like brochures, fliers, handouts, business cards, methodology & process documents etc.  Limited amount of collateral material like brochures, and fliers can be offered.
